Responsibilities and Duties
The Supervisor will be the “Coach” for the Implementation Specialists and provide them with constructive feedback to help them succeed in their role.
Address any issues and feedback from the field regarding Implementations Specialist performance - good and bad.
Create, deploy, and oversee the training and ongoing development for the Implementation team.
Set, measure, and maintain performance goals for the Implementations team.
Provide feedback to the Product Owner regarding the individual performance of the Implementation Specialist as well as the Implementations Team as a whole.
Facilitate L2 Help Desk tickets being assigned, worked, and closed in a timely and professional manner.
Oversee the store Score Cards process for the Implementation team. Provide coaching and direction to the team for continuous improvement. Track progress to ensure all store’s needs are being addressed.
